The hotel is located in a vibrant and lively area, but tucked away in a quiet street. It is conveniently close to multiple metro lines and RER A, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at the hotel are attentive and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. The reception is open 24/7, convenient for late check-ins and early departures.
Upon arrival, we had a bit of a confusing experience with the hallway lights and the smell of cigarette smoke. The room itself was on the smaller side and lacked the vibrant decor shown in the online pictures.

We were really surprised by the prime location of Hotel Volney Opera. The minute we stepped out onto the charming street, we were surrounded by bustling cafes and restaurants. It was the perfect spot to immerse ourselves in the Parisian ambiance. the convenience of having the Opera just minutes away made exploring the main sights easy. Whether on foot or catching the hop on / off bus, we had easy access to everything. The hotel itself was clean and inviting, with a beautiful aesthetic. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even better. We wouldn't hesitate to return to Hotel Volney Opera on our next trip to Paris. we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was centrally located in the very heart of the city, making it convenient to visit all the popular attractions. The cleanliness of both the rooms and public areas was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service. The hotel had a delicious and satisfying breakfast available.
